Why do apartment building hallways always smell like terrible cooking? Why can't people who live in apartments cook cinnamon buns, spaghetti and tomato sauce or pumpkin pies. Why must all apartment hallways smell like fish bladder soup and stale campers filled with molding life jackets and tormented ice cream pales of half submerged rocks and wildlife?
